Established in year 2004, we are one of the promising suppliers of SMD Power Diodes. These diodes are two terminal P-N junction semiconductor devices. They are used to allow flow of current in only one direction in an electronic circuit. Power diodes have junctions formed by heavily doped P and lightly doped N layers. They are designed to be easily mounted on an electronic circuit board. They have two terminals named as anodes and cathodes. SMD Power Diodes allow flow of current only when their anode terminals experience higher potential than cathode terminals. These terminals of our diodes can easily be connected on printed circuit boards.
